Be strands Hair Co. asks you to please read the following information carefully before making any purchases. It contains important details and information regarding your rights, responsibilities and restrictions, which may apply to you.

Hair care

Maintaining good hair care is essential to the longevity of your raw hair. Raw hair should be cared for in the same manner as your own hair. De-tangle the hair before shampooing or co-washing using a wide tooth comb or paddle brush. It is important to use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning is the most important step in keeping a fresh natural luster. Cover your hair at night while sleeping using a satin bonnet or scarf.

Terms of Payment: 

BE strands Hair Co. accepts most major credit cards,(debit) and PayPal. We process all online order transactions through PayPal or Square App. Credit cards are charged upon order placement.

Processing Orders:

BE strands Hair Co.’s business hours are From Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00 pm CST. Orders received before 4:00 pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday morning excluding holidays.

Product Availability: 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately in regards to receiving a replacement suitable to complete your order.

Shipping Info:

All orders will be shipped via Fed Ex when payments are cleared. and addresses are verified. Shipments will be delivered to the address provided on the order form. BE strands Hair Co. is not liable for lost or late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or Carrier delays. 

Once the order is placed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address if provided. If you do not receive a tracking number, please call or email us so we can provide one for you. The tracking number is provided for your convenience to follow your package in transit. If any incomplete information is given, FedEx will charge a service fee for address corrections, which then would be charged to you. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address,

All of our hair goes through a meticulous process to ensure that you are receiving the best quality product possible.
